An accomplished actor and one of the leading Kundalini Yoga teachers in the world, certified by the Kundalini Research Institute, Los Angeles, Bijay is ecstatic about being able to balance his life between his love for yoga and his passion for acting.

The principle philosophy behind Bijay’s teaching is that though it is important to do yoga every day, to eat healthy food and have a healthy lifestyle, it is much more important to understand how our thoughts, speech, actions and intentions play a vitally important role in our life for both, our health as well as our happiness.

Bijay’s tryst with yoga started 25 years ago. Blessed with an inquisitive mind, he exposed himself to various forms of yoga including Iyengar Yoga, Ashthanga Vinyasa and Hatha. But what really changed his life was his first experience with Kundalini Yoga. 

He conducts Retreats and Wellness Programs based on Kundalini Yoga in India and across cities in Europe, the U.S. , Latin America, Russia, China and the Middle East. Bijay’s impactful wellness programs have touched the lives of thousands of participants across continents. Bijay has just completed a book titled “Enlightenment is not a big deal”. This book, due to be released shortly , lays down the ground rules for living a life of awareness and mindfulness.
