As per my fitness regime, exercise is a very important part of everyone’s life. It is easy to maintain for everyone if they make time for it. Once has to have the will-power and discipline to take care of their body.
How do you manage your diet?
I always avoid fried oily, spicy and fatty food. I eat only boiled low carbohydrate and high protein food. Besides this, I make sure to drink a minimum of 5 litres of water throughout the day.

My ideal fit Bollywood actor is John Abraham. He takes good care of his body and has been consistent with his body form.
Your favourite foods which you love feasting on.
My favourite food is Grilled Chicken. It’s healthy and nutritious.
5 tips to stay FIT.
- Regular Gym.
- Sleep 7 to 8 hours.
- Drink minimum 5 litres of water in a day.
- Eat only boiled low carb, high protein food / fruits / green Vegetables every day.
- Avoid Junk food especially fast food.
